I finally connected with a woman at the local goat sale that sells
beef on the hoof, delivered to the processor. I'm working on some
freezer space, and then want to buy a half from her. She grain
finishes, I've about given up on finding someone around here that
raises good grass fed beef, not just a cow on pasture.
