The calling convention is OK, but I'm not sure all the compile-time
constants match. Of course, many functions are missing, and some (cf.
dbopen) follow Sybase's spec.

It's a useful goal, because Microsoft doesn't ship ntwdblib.dll anymore,
and it suffers from neglect. Just yesterday bcp_bind() failed because
the column name was 34 characters, and a table with a column named
[open] could not be loaded with bcp.exe.
