If they are ready to be integrated you can send them here, if you want
to work on them before they get commited feel free to send them to me

First I really hope we have Craig's consent on this. He's been doing a
wonderful job with this project so far and it is a pity that his time
seems to be too limited at the moment.

During the past two months I've never seen anybody commit to the CVS
repository apart from Craig, I don't know whether he's the only one
with write access or if there are other (now silent) contributers
reading this list.

Yes, you are right. I guess nobody using SQL Server 6.x would even
understand why there should be a 42 in the URL.

The JDBC spec
<URL:http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.3/docs/guide/jdbc/spec/jdbc-spec.frame6.html>
suggests a syntax like

jdbc:freetds:sqlserver://servername/database;tds=7.0

like it is used for the JDBC-ODBC bridge. I know Informix also uses
the ;key=value;... approach. Maybe we should follow this route?
