Wrong. Language specific information can only be from that language. Cognate
languages may or may not mirror what is in Biblical Hebrew. Without data, we
cannot know.

Not true. Look at the third line, far left, where we have a partial word
preserved which ends in -WBYM. Most likely this is a plural.

There is only one word that ends with a -M suffix, which in this context
could mean “their excavating”, not a plural marker as you claim.

That this inscription was hidden deep inside the tunnel, not expected to see
the light of day, indicates that it was made by the workmen themselves.
