The most recent study of sentences like 1Kg 18:39 etc. is only a few
days old:

Anja A. Diesel, Jahwe (allein) ist Gott. Überlegungen zu einer Gruppe der
sogennanten dreiteiligen Nominalsätze, in: KUSATU vol. 5, 2005.

The volume was delivered last friday, so noone could know (except me...).
