Please expound on the "Doctrine of  Unintended Consequences" and how it applies to Jeptha and his daughter.
Also how this might be related to the permission granted to husbands and fathers to abrogate the vow of a woman,
especially since it was the vow of Jephtha that had unexpected consequences
