I have a quantity of S. domestica seeds from 2005 if you want to grow some. They are from the apple-shaped type.

Hallo Donna,_______________________________________________
the English name for Sorbus domestica is also: service tree or service
apple...
But trees are also very rare and unknown.
I can provide you with scions of:
Several different Sorbus domestica varieties.
Several edible! Sorbus aucuparia varieties and Hybrids.
And also many different medlar varieties...
But all scions are from Germany and a little complicated...
Anyhow, after your decision, I could find a solution for you in the USA..
Next season I could save also S. domestica seeds for you.
ciao
