Hello, good people.
I like the looks of your clay oven. It gives me
pause, however, to
learn that there is a layer of insulation between
the clay layers. I
wonder about healthfulness and also about moisture
buildup inside.
What is the insulation material? How does one avoid
having moisture
build up in the inner clay liner?
Thanks in advance,
Gene GeRue

Here is the response on the insulation question:
covered when not in use, there's no opportunity for
moisture to get in between the layers.
