New Jersey ML is fairly purist ( http://www.smlnj.org/ ) , so the
MIT/NJ split isnt always valid. But then, SML never went mainstream.
As for DOM, well, if you've ever looked at OS/390 docs you'd have to
conclude that Armonk has to be an origin of some things, or DOM and
Armonk came from the same place...
