I think escaping characters is different on Windows than on Unix. On Windows try using double quotes, as in

or similar. (Sorry, I'm not really a Windows guy).

Hi All,

I have just downloaded nux and am learning the ropes of how to use it. I
read some things about XQuery and I think it will help in my work a lot.
But when I try to run the fire-xquery utility from the command prompt I keep
getting this error - I have tried various combinations - like running it
from under samples/data. Adding fire-xquery.bat to my path env variable etc
etc... but I have not been able to get this to work...

C:\tools\nux\bin>fire-xquery --debug --query='{count(//*)}'
Oopsla: '{count(\*)}' (The system cannot find
the path specified)

Can somebody help me by pointing out what I am doing wrong??

I hope this is the right mailing list - coz nux itself did not have one. If
not please redirect me to the right mailing list.

Thanks and best regards,
