I've posted XOM 1.0d17 in the usual location:

The main focus of this release is improving compatibility with Crimson
by working around as many of the bugs in that parser as possible.
I've also fixed numerous bugs in the XInclude implementation. XOM may
well be the most correct implementation of XInclude currently
available. It's definitely better than my previous efforts for SAX, DOM,
and JDOM.
There have also been a number of bug fixes, code clean ups, and
additional unit tests added throughout the code base.
Almost all code that ran with 1.0d16 should run unchanged with 1.0d17.
The only breaking API level change was marking XSLTransform final.
