Hi,
I read a while ago a thread about 2.6 and openAFS. I was wondering if things have changed since then. I have installed SUSE 9.2 with openAFS (1.2.11) on a machine, but I am having some really bizarre problems. At them moment, executing c-shell scripts with the script hosted on AFS results in # not being recognized as comment lines. However, if I copy the script to a local directory, everything works fine!
Thank you for you help
I've had problems with openAFS and 2.6 as of last year. Since the machines in question needed to run AFS, I finally gave up and switched back to 2.4.
This question might be better directed to an OpenAFS list, though.
Faheem.
