sad to see Venus died, but certainly after the takeover the style and management was not the same as when Amy was in charge.

Besides Tom Tom, what other female music mags are out there?

I'm sorry to say that I'm not altogether sad, as it seems the current management had pretty much lost touch with the core concepts that made the mag so valuable in the first place.

Meanwhile Tom Tom is well worth a sub.

Much kudos to Amy Schroeder for the original Venus, of course.
