If the Grand Royal release didn't have Bahlman's
blessing, it had the bands. These other vinyl bootlegs
are just that, with copies of the original labels and
such. The other reissues of 99 records have all been
licensed from/with the original artists with a sort of
implicit understanding that rights have basically
reverted.
