Often wonder what Vivien Goldman is up to - I loved her one single & the tracks she sang on the Flying Lizards album.

Nooo - I was just one of the many kids who wore your badges and made the pilgrimage to the Rough Trade shop (and later piled all my influences from that post-punk era into guitar-playing in the band Linus - riot grrrl time to present). I did live around the corner from the Talbot Road store for several years from 87 on - am still on nodding terms with Nigel & co. But that's long after Better Badges I think?

A friend of mine has sent me a prag VEC badge he recently found in a shop in Melbourne! I never knew such things even existed - quite likely to be one of yours I'd've thought? (large-ish, with band logo & song titles from their first EP...)
