neilbrown just announced version 3.2.1 of mdadm on freshmeat.net.

The changes are as follows:

This release is a stablizing update for 3.2. Version 3.2 provides a policy
framework to allow hot-plugged devices to be immediately included in arrays
and
to provide fine control for migrating spares between arrays. Version 3.2 also
includes OnLine Capacity Expansion and level migration for IMSM (Intel) format
arrays.

Project description:

mdadm is a tool for creating, maintaining, and
monitoring Linux "md" device arrays, also known as
Software RAID.
