The changes in this release are as follows:
The aclocal.m4, configure, and Makefile.in have been rebuilt with
autoconf 2.61 instead of autoconf 2.62 to avoid backward
incompatibility.

libpng (PNG library) is a collection of routines used to create and
manipulate PNG format graphics files. The PNG format was designed as
a replacement for GIF and, to a lesser extent, TIFF, with many
improvements and extensions.
