The changes in this release are as follows:
This release fixes a large number of outstanding bugs and adds
support for Bosnian and Bulgarian generated text. Among the feature
changes made, the CSS decoration was added to procedure steps, the
uses of <VAR> in HTML output (often rendered in italics) were
changed to something more appropriate, processing-instruction
parsing was made more robust against arbitrarily formed PIs, and
support for revision description inside the revison on title pages
was added.

DocBook is an XML/SGML vocabulary that enables you to create document
content in a presentation-neutral form that captures the logical
structure of the content. Using the DocBook stylesheets, you can
publish DocBook content as HTML pages and PDF files and other
formats, including man pages, HTML Help, and JavaHelp.
