yes for some reason the entire /etc/init.d/runlevels dir has been placed into
the excluded file (/var/lib/sorcery/excluded).

removing it is only a minutes work, but until we know what problem it is
attempting to solve and what the logic(?) behind it is, there is no point
removing it, just to reinstate some other bug that this *fixes*.
