Might want to make a "current full mirrors" wiki page, Andrew. Then you
could put http://irc.positivism.org:8080/ too, and everybody else can add
themselves to it, too. It would be good for some areas that put bandwidth
limit on geographic areas like Portugal (I hear). That way you could
select mirrors by region like you can with SOURCEFORGE_URL, etc.

When sorcery implements multi-mirrors, then we can make the sourcemage.org
mirror show up by default first.

Then we can have an option called "PREFER_MIRRORS" which if set, will
download by preference off of the mirrors (again for the Portugal case
or if you have a mirror inside an intranet) before falling back to the
author's website.
