This is easily doable, but there are three options:

1) We wait until the team is defined, then ask ibiblio to set it up.
2) We just have it send the initial report to the list, and expect members
to cc themselves to the bug if they want continued notification.
3) We set up a forward on ibiblio to something on your server, so that we
can more easily change who gets the forwards, without continually bugging
ibiblio.

Tell me which you think is best.
