I actually feel that nano should not be sustained. nano used to be a straight
depends of basesystem, but basesystem now properly depends on the EDITOR
provider. If someone wants to dispel nano they shouldn't need to be bugged by
sustain, it's not as if an editor is critical for system operation, and one
can
easily cast an editor when none is available.

sustained should be limited to stuff that will actually cripple your system,
either because the runtime system depends on it, or because it is needed to
cast spells.
