Summary: make init script prompts default to real installed state
Product: Sorcery
Version: 1.14.x
Platform: All
OS/Version: All
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: Cast
AssignedTo: sm-sorcery-bugs AT lists.ibiblio.org
ReportedBy: iuso AT sourcemage.org

When an init script is disabled and/or deleted, this isn't reflected in the
init script prompts during the next cast.

It would be good for the init script prompts to default to the actual
installed state. Thus for every recast these would apply:

- If the script file exists in /etc/init.d/runlevels/%${RUNLEVEL}/ default
to y for install;
- if it's executable default to enabling it;
- see what's in /etc/sysconfig/facilities and set defaults for provider
prompts accordingly.

The INIT_* variables would still be used for spells that aren't installed.
