A pristine rebuild would only be possible if none of the prompts had changed.
The normal use of rebuild means that often it's being cast when various spells
are at different versions, have different depends, different queries, etc.
This
means not all the answers are available. Setting PROMPT_DELAY to 0 would
force
these all to the defaults, which doesn't seem good to me.
simple example:
1. install from 6-month-old ISO
2. scribe update
3. sorcery rebuild
