Summary: how to define hardened profile ?
Product: Sorcery
Version: Untargetted future release
Platform: All
OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: Sorcery
AssignedTo: sm-sorcery-bugs AT lists.ibiblio.org
ReportedBy: Thomas.Houssin AT sourcemage.org
CC: sm-grimoire-bugs AT lists.ibiblio.org

I'd like to have a way to define hardened profile, to ensure that user have
consistent options (and avoid choosing conflicting options). For example, if
you
choose to use SELinux and Grsec, you want them enabled in all spells.
Do we want a menu in sorcery to choose the options, and a function to be able
to
check for the values in the spells ? Or a spell and a grimoire function to do
that ?
I think we need at least one option for each of : SSP, SELinux,
Grsecurity/PaX
(and later may be one for RBAC and one for PIE ?)
