it also should be noted that compile flags from the archspecs and the sorcery
custom flags menu also apply to triggers as they really are conceptually no
different from other spells that are cast, such as optional dependent spells,
or
regular depends.
Again, the command line args are simply meant as a one time shortcut to the
optimization menu. Their use is not required on a regular basis.
