So, in the context of sorcery this means you want sorcery to manage a variable
and do something special in the default build.

Is LINGUAS=$LANGUAGES standard for all spells or just gtk+2? Sorcery of
course,
cannot (and wont be made to) do spell specific things (that why there are
spells). So at most we'd set something that the majority of ./configures can
look at and nothing more.

So the question becomes, is there something standard to lots of ./configure's
out there for this particular problem? (i dont know much about this area so
someone else needs to do the research)

If so, then whatever that is we can add to default_build, if not then we wont
modify default_build to do something only a handful of spells want (those
spells
should be fixed individually).

In either case its easy to add a variable like this for sorcery to manage,
which
can definitly be taken care of. We just have to know what specifically to do
with it.
