We dont have any bk url handler, updating the title to not include false
advertising.

Since the likelihood of this getting implemented "soon" is small (59 other
bugs
and growing) one random idea I had was to write a script that takes some of
these cvs spells and see's if anything has changed, then if it has, update the
VERSION field in the spell and submit to perforce.

This would be advantageous for two reasons:
1) that work would directly benefit this bug because some code re-use could
occur with the code that checks if theres an update
2) Ive always thought that automated spell updates when done properly were a
good idea

cvs spells are a perfect candidate for trying that idea out because unless you
actually damaged the DETAILS file, you're no worse off than using the date. I
suppose you wouldnt get updates in the stable grimoire though.
