cleanse is run after resurrect to ensure that it and other spells work
properly, this is by design. If one wants to do a bare unpack without
any checking one does a dispel -d.

The problem with the md5sum i believe in an artifact of having been cast
with sorcery older than 1.10. In those sorcery's POST_INSTALL was run
after md5summing, but before archive creation. Those versions of sorcery
didnt check md5sums of non-ELF files so this problem was silently ignored.

In sorcery 1.10 all the archive creation and so-forth is done after FINAL
(or POST_INSTALL in api1) so unless something trampled on the file within
about 5 seconds of it being md5summed it probably was left over from older
sorcery versions. Im going tto ignore that problem (which is a seperate bug)
until i get more information that helps show it isnt the situation i
described.

As far as the other problem mentioned in the bug, that looks to be a valid
and reproducable problem. I'll investigate that. However on immediate
inspection i cant find any locks...
