timestamp would be YYYYMMDDhhmmss or on second granularity, so if theres
a conflict it waits a (random) few seconds and retries. Although this is
pretty unlikely :)

The reason Im opposed to the version field in the directory name is that
its an extra layer of indirection. The version will of course be stored
in a file in the spell directory anyway. So the real reason for adding
versioning in the path is for organizing by lookup. Do we expect to
lookup spells by their name and version? I imagine two scenarios, one
where we want to know the most recent installation of a particular version,
the other is the most recent installation of any version.

In the first cast the layout is
/var/state/sorcery/grimoire/<version>/<timestamp>
the other is with just a timestamp (since the version is in the spell
dir anyways it doesnt make a difference). I kinda am more towards
the side of making sorcery know less about versions and having that
be more of a spell only concept except where needed.
