This is as designed :-/ some things need to be sourced before others, moving
local_config to the end would break stuff things, for example ROOTS_CONFIG
must be sourced after it, but before STATE_CONFIG, otherwise stale
<foo>_ROOT values will end up being set after the state locations are set
and everything gets confused. But this is why its all still in devel :)

Furthermore I strongly dislike the notion of having one local config file to
override them all, theres too many interdependencies between variables, its
just ugly. I think its nicer to have several more independent configs
than 2 huge ones.

I had intended to create multiple local configs in /etc/sorcery/local,
one for each in /etc/sorcery/ to override things in /that/ file. I had
no idea anyone would override colors so I didnt put much effort into
finishing that part.

Alternatively I could have media_config sourced before local config, then
you could set colors in either place and the transition will be a bit
smoother, probably the same for url_config. The others have to stay though.

IMO local config should really only be overriding config options, such
as those set through the feature menu. I dont really like the idea of
colors/urls/paths/options lounging around with each other, hence why I
split things.
