Summary: sorcery should always copy init.d/ scripts
Product: Sorcery
Version: All Versions
Platform: All
OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: minor
Priority: P2
Component: Cast
AssignedTo: sm-sorcery-bugs AT lists.ibiblio.org
ReportedBy: eric AT sandall.us

If a person answers 'n' to starting a package on startup, sorcery does not
only
not create symlinks in the respective /etc/rc*.d/ directories to the script,
but
it doesn't copy the script to /etc/init.d!

This behaviour is wrong as even though the user doesn't want it started at
startup, they most likely would like to start it manually, and so sorcery
should
still copy the scripts to /etc/init.d.

As for xinetd scripts, perhaps all of those should have 'disable = yes' at
the
bottom by default, so that sorcery can always copy them to /etc/xinetd.d, even
if the user answers 'n' to running at startup. If the user answers 'y', then
sorcery could remove, or better yet set to 'no', the 'disable = yes' line.
