Summary: Inconsistent command line options
Product: Sorcery
Version: Devel
Platform: All
OS/Version: other
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: Sorcery
AssignedTo: sm-sorcery-bugs AT lists.ibiblio.org
ReportedBy: public AT atuan.com
I note that the "queue" option has an inconsistent form. In sorcery, you say
"sorcery queue". But when you want to cast the queue, you say "cast
--queue".
Wouldn't it be better to pick one of those two forms and use it in both tools
so
you don't have to remember that one uses two dashes on front and the other
doesn't?
I personally would prefer not having to type the dashes, so the command would
be
just "queue" in both sorcery and cast. But I'd be just as happy the other
way.
I'm just tired of typing "sorcery --queue" and then remembering that that
won't
work.
