I'm using the 0.9.2 iso and the "Install from new ISO" instructions. I went
with
using the pre-compiled 2.6.3 kernel and was in the process of recompiling
binutils, gcc, gettext and glibc. The glibc failed saying that "linux header
files
were too old".

The message says the kernel header files are usually found in
/usr/include/asm and /usr/include/linux. I assumed they should be links to
the 2.6.3 kernel source, but were not, so I created symlinks from
/usr/include/asm & /usr/include/linux -> /usr/src/linux/include/asm and
/usr/src/linux/include/linux. The cast for glibc still failed, same error,
but
mentions the check uses "linux/version.h". When I do a find, I do not see
"version.h" in /usr/src/linux-2.6.3/include/linux.

Is this broken till 1.0 release, or did I mess up? I'm not sure what approach
to take to install the header files. Any suggestions?
