I seem to have a problem with the way firefox handles character encodings.
Here's what happens:

- start firefox, surf to www.mp3.com.
at each spot where the glyph with hex value 0092 should be displayed I see a
small square.
- The "view->character encoding" menu doesn't let me change the encoding
- Do wget http://www.mp3.com
- Edit this file and add the following to the <head> .. </head> section:

<META HTTP-EQUIV="Content-Type" CONTENT="text/html; charset=windows-1252">

- open this file (local) in firefox.
notice that the squares are gone. Also notice that "view->character
enocding" now has a windows-1252 entry in it
- surf to www.mp3.com again
notice that the squares are still there
- in "view->character enconding" menu, change the encoding to Western
(Windows-1252) and now it is displayed correctly.

Now, I find this pretty annoying :-) Can anyone help out?

Try to edit BUILD part of firefox spell and delete folowing line:
--enable-native-uconv \
