I've sent in a request for it, should be done soon, and then I'll setup a
bugzilla account for it and assign it to you. ;)

All changes in devel should go to test immediately unless it is a Work In
Progress (and such spells should have a "WIP" [executable bit on] file added
to
them) and then it should stay in devel until the bugs have been worked out
(e.g. gcl and grub spells).

Stable integrates are done by a few (Arwed, Hamish, and myself, along with the
Security Team) and only go in if it's a bug fix (in the Perforce update or an
e-mail to me request a spell to be pulled into stable, with a reason for the
pull, and I'll see to it) along with monthly pulls of spells that have been
working for a while. Every now and then I do a poll on sm-grimoire to see what
spells in people's sections are safe to pull into stable and I pull those.
