There are two schools of thought regarding this: 1) when ever possible,
make
the spell name the same way it is in the tarball, and 2) when ever
possible, make the spell name all lowercase.

Doing the former usually makes it easier for creating and modifying spells.
If SPELL=name-of-spell, then you can always reference ${SPELL} and get the
correct name every time, and only need to change the name in one place.

Doing the latter makes it easier to work with on a day to day basis. If
SPELL=NameOfSpell, then you run 'cast NameOfSpell' or 'gaze what
NameOfSpell', etc., and not 'cast nameofspell' or 'cast name-of-spell', etc.

Our history is to use the name of the tarball (and that's what I do), but
there are those who occasionally push for an all lowercase spell list. I
would stick with the tarball name for now.
