I don't have a problem with adding devel to the listing, however, the Web
page
is created by extracting the recently updated tarballs on the Ibiblio server.
There is no tarball for devel anymore, nor is there a raw listing available,
so it would have to be a manual update unless something different were
arranged.
I will be working on a text version next.
