I think SM-Spell-Submit should go away. The only it's /really/ used for
anymore is the posting of guru reports, and that can happen elsewhere
(SM-Grimoire?).

I would still like to be able to get an e-mail of any bug that is submitted
or
modified, as I don't scan Bugzilla on a regular basis.
