What do we do if a package has both a SF and FM entry? Do we always prefere SF
over FM? Other way around?
What if it has neither and just an "Announce" list?
What if there's no "Announce" list at all? Do we want to use Paul's versioning
script to check for new versions? Can we use Distrowatch's listings?
