G'day Cassey;

I asked a while back to split the doc section into two,
a section for documentation and a section for apps that
produced docs (i.e. groff TeX etc) and was knocked back.

The official position is there will be no more section
splits till after the 1.0 release, which is fair enough as
it apperently creates a large amount of work for Eric (and
we are all volunteer after all)
