Hmm I think was missunderstand. This spell provides more features to amarok2.
Amarok2 when building searches the system for optional dependency located on
system. And if he finds it, it builds the feature.

So if i have liblastfm installed it will create interface for listening
last.fm
stream, sending listening data to the last.fm etc etc.

If I don't have liblastfm installed amarok2 will build without those feature.

But I want those features. So I created the spell for liblastfm. It works. And
as far as i know amarok2 doesn't have any switch
(--enable-liblastfm/--disable-liblastfm) when building. Just builds more
feature if external libs are available on the system. This is not a lonely
case. For example kdeedu4 check if qalculate is installed and many more
program. List of found external OPTIONAL dependecies is listed and also the
list of not found at the end of the configure. I think. I found it in compile
log...
