AHA! You are spot on! I'll do that and confirm your suggestion.

Perhaps some sort of warning could be displayed during the php spell about
this? Perhaps the warning could reference this bug number? Or do we think
the
c-ares/curl bug you mentioned will eventually be resolved? I dunno... this
could be a pain in the a** for others as well.

I'll leave this bug open and let others make a decision on its fate :)
