Well this opened up a whole new can of worms. Icecat can use gtk+, gtk+2,
qt-x11, or xlib as a possible toolkit, but it MUST have one of them.
xorg-libs
is a dependency, so xlib is always a possibility.

The platform default toolkit for Linux is gtk+2, so logically I'd add a
dependency of gtk+2, but in the spirit of "the user is in control" I've opted
to add a menu with all 4 possibilities.

The configure option in question is --enable-default-toolkit. If this option
is
disabled, gtk+2 is automatically used.

The menu allows successful building even if the user in question is adverse to
using gtk+2 for some reason.
