That's the gaze url for util-linux

the real util-linux exists:
http://freshmeat.net/projects/util-linux/

Yeah, it's stale, but we should seperate the spells. And they should conflict.
And there should be a provider. Unless other things have been discussed about
this.

The issue with /bin/kill vanishing still exists...
