Summary: openssl configure tries to force 64-bit mode in 32-bit
chroot. fails to cast
Product: Codex
Version: stable grimoire
Platform: Other
OS/Version: other
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: crypto
AssignedTo: sm-grimoire-bugs AT lists.ibiblio.org
ReportedBy: eekee57 AT fastmail.fm
I'm running a 32-bit chroot on a 64-bit machine. That is, the kernel can
execute
64 and 32 bit binaries, but all the installed spells were built with -m32.
openssl adds -m64 to the command line regardless, even if -march refers to a
non-64-bit architecture. (-march=pentium3m was tried.)
