It's a hack to the postfix spell to keep it from clobbering the /etc/postfix
dir. Postfix needs it when it installs, because the make install does a few
checks to make sure your postfix will still run. But it also tries to clobber
things. It's a quite annoying little feature... We cannot really use
install_config_file... stage_root might make it work a little better...
