Sergey, I agree with you 100%. I don't want to argue which options are good
or
not, just point out that they aren't neutral, and people have different
opinions
on them. :-) So we should give people an option*, but default to 'stay how
upstream does it'.

*Arwed's point is interesting though... I didn't know that myself. I would
probably still support the CONFIGURE option since enough other distros include
it some people may want it, and not everyone wants to manage a per-box .vimrc.
