Hello,
I looked at the new beta.sourcemage.ru site.
The main point that is bugging me is, that there are two navigation bars. This is quite confusing.

The first one, in the following text the "left hand bar", has the categories "Information", "Tools" and "Resources".
The second one, in the following text the "right hand bar", contains the links About News Download Docs Bugs Contact.

All the contained items in the categories of the left hand bar could be as well expected in the right hand bar, so one of the bars is redundant.
In my opinion, the left hand bar should be removed.

In the following lines I will write, in which of the right hand bar categories, the sites in the left hand bar should be moved:

First of all, there should be a new category, "Contribute", in the right hand bar, that tells how to contribute and where to find the code.

about Source Mage -> This should go into "About"
about the Team -> This should also go into "About", right below the "about sourcemage" text, on the same page
latest news -> This should go into "News"
how to help -> Goes to "Contribute"
get Source Mage -> This should go into "Download"
try Source Mage -> This should also go into "Download"
report a bug -> Into "Bugs"
view the Codex -> Goes to "Contribute"
browse the source -> Goes to "Contribute"
contact us -> Goes to "Contact"
mirrors -> To "Downloads"

The "Source Mage development" part of the Docs could partly be put into the Contribute page.

This should make the site more usable and easier to overview by removing the left hand bar, which is pretty much redundant.
