I already looked at this. It seems impossible to bootstrap a java/javac
without java/javac.

So atleast for a start you would need to bootstrap an IcedTea6 bin and
use that(similar to how we handle ada).

After that you use that to roll the free one and use that one in the end
for the final bootstraper.
